Manna: |
Dear
Friend,
If you do not already have a habit of gathering daily manna the first thing in the morning (we can look at the example given to us in Exodus 16 and find the pattern for make it a habit. Establish your life and your schedule to allow you the necessary time to do your daily collection first thing every morning to give you the strength to make it through the day. And remember that today’s manna will not be sufficient for tomorrow; tomorrow’s manna must be collected tomorrow morning.

Today's Passage : Today's Passage : When I Fall, God Picks Me Up
Bible Verse:Proverbs 24:15
"Proverbs 24:15 For the righteous falls seven times and rises again, but the wicked stumble in times of calamity."
Message:
We all fall down; what matters is that we get back up. Jesus is watching over you today, so if you fall, He is there to help you get back up, dust things off, and keep going.
The Apostle Peter was one of the greatest disciples but was also one of the greatest failures. When the choice came to stand for Christ, he took the coward’s way out and denied knowing Him. Peter jumped out of the boat and walked on water to Jesus. He failed as a “water-walker when he took his eyes off the Lord and began to sink.
In both cases, Jesus helped Peter get back up and follow Him again. Jesus reached out to the sinking Peter and walked with him back to the boat. When it came time to choose who would give the keynote address at Pentecost, Jesus chose Peter.
God knows the stuff you are made of.
He knows you are human and doesn’t expect perfection. When you fall into sin or fail in any other area of life, know that Jesus is there to reach out and restore you. He will walk with you through the failure and bring you back to fellowship with Him.
When you fall, don’t allow Satan to convince you to stay down. Only those without hope stay down. The worse thing you can do when you fall is to remain in the dust. Reach out to Christ, and you will find help to get back up again.
