Friend,
If you do not already have a habit of gathering daily manna the first thing in the morning (we can look at the example given to us in Exodus 16 and find the pattern for make it a habit. Establish your life and your schedule to allow you the necessary time to do your daily collection first thing every morning to give you the strength to make it through the day. And remember that today’s manna will not be sufficient for tomorrow; tomorrow’s manna must be collected tomorrow morning.

Message:
When Christ died on the cross and God raised Him from the grave, He overcame the power of death. Romans 8:11 says that what God did in raising Christ from the grave, He has done in you. Jesus broke the chains of sin and gave you a new, righteous nature. As a Christian, the life of Christ dwells in you.
The New Testament refers to Christians who have died as “asleep in Christ.” Sleep is just a temporary situation, but when you are asleep, you expect to wake up in the near future. Those who are asleep in Christ are eagerly awaiting the return of Christ and eternity in heaven with Him.
You don’t have to fear death, because Christ has promised you life. You have been made alive in Him, and one day will be raised for all eternity. Death is just a temporary experience for you.
One last thought.
You don’t have to wait until you die to experience the new life in Christ. The abundant, eternal life began when you gave your heart to Christ.
